RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, or you would like to exchange your item, please contact help@sayandcompany.com in order to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions to send the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in original condition, unworn and unused. Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before being accepted or issuing a refund.
If you receive a damaged item we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us, and may use the carrier of his/her choice. It can take 10 to 15 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take from 2 to 7 business days to reflect on your account statement.
If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
ORDER PROCESSING: While orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, please allow up to 5 days due to occasional replenishment delays.
